Good Magazine - Kundalini Yoga On The Go

Erin O’Hara from Golden Yogi has made it her mission to make Kundalini Yoga more accessible.

Kundalini Yoga uses movement, sound current (mantra), breath and meditation to relax and heal the mind and body to allow the spirit to flow freely. It is a great way to recharge and heal the body quickly by stimulating the glandular, nervous and immune systems, improving strength and flexibility, and centring the mind.

O’Hara can speak to these benefits personally from her time as a professional triathlete who battled chronic illnesses from the age of 17. She hopes her newly launched Golden Yogi Online app will help ease stress, anxiety and boost self-appreciation for others in the way it did for her.

The app features O’Hara teaching Kundalini and providing access to guided meditation and wellbeing on an everyday basis. Whether it be at home, on the road or in a hotel; whether it be 5 minutes or a full 1-hour class, users have the flexibility to focus on making time to transform their energy in a timeframe that fits in with daily life.
