I buy supplements from a store, what advantages are there in seeing a qualified Naturopath?
By visiting a Qualified Naturopath & Registered Medical Herbalist you are professionally prescribed what is right for you and you only. The “practitioner-only” strength and range of supplements means you are assured of both the quality and efficacy of what you are putting into your body. Ultimately, you will be benefiting both your pocket and your health.

Are blood tests required? What if my blood test results are normal?
You do not need to have any blood tests before your first consultation but if you already have blood test results, do send them through to Erin prior to your appointment.

When should I check in for a follow up appointment?
We recommend a check-in every 4-6 weeks to ensure you are still on track and assess if there are any changes that need to be made to the wellness plan & supplements. However, if an acute problem arises or you are not making progress with your plan then please make a follow-up appointment to review.

What should I bring to my Initial Consultation?
Please bring all of your recent blood tests, imaging reports, and details about your current and past treatment. Please also bring a list (or bring them with you) of all current medications and supplements that you are taking.
