Cancellation Policy 

Out of respect, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
Any missed appointments or appointments canceled without 24 hours notice, will be invoiced for the full consultation fee. Thank you for your understanding.

Running late?

If you are running late to an appointment, please kindly let us know by giving us a call or sending an email. Please note your appointment time may be cut short where there are patients booked directly after your consultation. The standard consultation fee applies to all late appointments.
